Responsibilities:
- Responsible for special technical case coordination with related departments.
- Provide support to dealers regarding special technical case handling.
- Pre-analyze the cases and collect all necessary information for next step.
- Doing on-site investigation when it is necessary and finalize the technical report to BMW headquarter.
- Communicate with BMW headquarter for final technical conclusion.
- Provide technical statement for external communication.
- Document all the files and make statistic on regular basis.
Qualifications
- Technician university degree with working experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic process and tools
- Detailed knowledge of all processes of BMW engineering, as well as their link to crossover functions
- BMW technical knowledge of body, electrics, chassis, power train
- Good knowledge of PC Software in MS- and BMW applications.
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to work in a team and to communicate
- Ability to improve knowledge autodidactic
