Responsibilities:

? Ensure and manage the helpdesk operations by achieving the SLA KPIs.
? Achieve the KPI targets for the module/ operation process.
? Develop and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support by performing IT projects and continuous improvement.
? Support business to achieve their targets by implementing projects successfully in means of start-up management.
? Manage internal and external associates in means of optimize continuous improvement.
? Run and improve a standardized Incident management process (IM).
? Run and improve a standardized Change management process (CM).
? Run and improve a standardized Problem management process.
? Run and improve a standardized IT-Service Continuity process.

Qualification:
? University degree in Information Science or equivalent education and working experience.
? Technical Skills:
? Experience on Application system support.
? Experience in IT project management.
? Business Knowledge:
Knowledge of key business process in one or more area like:
? Production and related industry.
? Sales and after sales.
? Desktop related system.
? Process skills:
Including the following key processes:
? Service and process delivery using a recognized methodology (e.g. ITPM, ITIL).
? Application support and help desk processes.
Adherence and development of IT processes that ensure co-ordination and control
? ITIL knowledge, Knowledge base and knowledge management.
? Intercultural competence, service minded, analyzing. Disciplined, positive, well communication skill.
? Proficient English, Reading and speaking, writing.
? Strong communication skills and willingness in communication.
? Advanced team working spirit and leadership skills.
? Working under high pressure, willing to work outside office hours and on call duty.
? Service oriented.
? Minimum of four years experience in application support and process management.
? In addition, two years experience in ITIL.
