Responsibilities:
- Set up framework, guidelines and working model principles in dealing with Research and Development relevant topics with Germany and other interfaces
- Identify risks and keep continuous improvement in corporation with relevant divisions in BMW or its subsidiaries.
- Setup and maintain the processes, structure and tools for internal IT security management. Support the corporate IT security officer
- Setup IT relevant process
- Setup and initialize innovation projects
- Counterpart for internal and external audits
- Frame the issues, identify context, synthesize the whole picture, exposes gaps, suggests escalation pathways, and identify risks and constraints
- Identify and research policy development that involves any aspect of IT department
- Implement/support regular internal/ external audit basing on ISO 9000/14000/20000/27000 and OHSAS 18000 knowledge

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or a business systems-related subject
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development and management, using structured methods
- 2 years experience in manufacturing environment and at least 2 years practical experience with relevant IT business knowledge
- Good Technical Skills: Project management, business analysis, budget analysis, numerical demonstration skills, accounting and fiscal management, organizational skill, ITIL and ISO related knowledge required
- Good Business Knowledge & Process skills: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as: quality management
- Good IT Security and risk management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office systems competency
- Good understanding of ITPM/ITIL/ ASAP methodology
- Proficient English, German would be an advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, accurate and attractive presentation of data
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Flexible to working hours and practices
- Able to travel abroad on infrequent basis
