Main aim of job:

1. Manage all related products quality issue after SOP regarding to the 0km and field problem.
2. Support customer team to deal with Project quality issues before SOP.
3. Adheres to Brose SHN & Brose Group Quality Policy.
4. Monitoring process quality status of Motor assembly
5. Lead and participate continual improvement of Motor assembly process

Specific duties and responsibilities:

1. Responsible contact for all those customer quality issues with all concerned customs after SOP.
2. Bring all customer complains regarding to the 0km and field problems to the plant and respond quickly to customer.
3. Organize problem resolving regarding to customer complains.
4. Responsible provide 8D report to the customer for Brose product quality problems.
5. Support customer team to communicate with customer concerning quality problems.
6. Support centeral production to improve product quality.
7. Improve channels of communication between Brose SHN and customers with problem-solving and resolution. follow up actions need
8. Participates in product related meetings between Brose and customer if necessary.
9. Report regularly for customer quality data regarding to 0km and field. including data handling in SAP
10. Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose which assigned by Diszipilinian.

Specialized knowledge and skills:

1. Good communication skill with internal and external.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods. e.g. APQP,PPAP,MSA,8D
3. Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology
4. Be familiar with Motor& Drive product
