FOL Engineer Section Manager

Location: Chengdu

Job Content:

1,Oversees and provides leadership to lower-level engineering and supervisors within a particular engineering "section".

2,Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products.

3,Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.

4,Acts as liaison with engineering in releasing new products.

5,Develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products.

6,Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree and above

7 years and above FOL Engineering experiences in AT field.

4 years and above team management experience.

Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Good written and verbal skills in English.
