主要工作任务及活动：

? 为消费者及访客提供客户服务，接待顾客的询问及投诉事宜；
? 协助监管第三方组织的展览、活动及路演等；
? 为市场部各项推广计划、促销活动和公关活动提供前线支持；
? 礼品的库存管理，提供礼品兑换记录报告；
? 协助整理商场及店铺活动的分析报告；
? 进行市场调查、竞品分析报告，整合消费者反馈意见等工作。

技能、资格及工作经验等方面的要求：

? 大学或同等学历；
? 具有1年以上客服或服务业的相关工作经验，有在国际公司工作经验者为佳；有商场市场工作经验者优先；
? 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往技巧，能够与各个层面的人共同工作；
? 自主工作能力较强；
? 亲和力强，对工作积极主动，仪容仪表端正；
? 能够适应轮班工作制；
? 良好的中英文口语表达能力，会日语或韩语者优先；
? 熟练运用PC和MS Office 软件；
