职位职能: 英文助理 Project Assistant
职位描述:
Major Responsibilities:
1. Provide general secretarial and administrative assistance to the Project Team.
2.Typing, copying, faxing, filing and general supporting duties.
3.Meeting coordination.
4.Consultant business travel coordination
5.Maintain leave records of the department and ensure that leave and other applications are in order procedure.
6.Prepare and update staff records and contact lists.
7. Maintain an effective filing system.
8.Be a contact point for enquiries from public and internal departments and direct the enquiries to appropriate personnel.
9. Liaise with members of the team, internal departments and external parties as needed.
10.Prepare various weekly or monthly reports.
11. Provide other general, secretarial and administrative support to the team as needed.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
1. University graduate / Degree holder or above, oversea education background would be advantages.
2. 3-year working experience on administrative sector. Formal secretarial/administrator training and previous working experience in a multi-national company would be advantages.
3. Real-estate industry working experience would be advantages.
4. Good command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
5. Excellent typing both in Chinese and English.
6. Good PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
7. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. Efficient. Can work under pressure.
