Responsibilities

To lead the Personal Styling Team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets with the endeavor to aim higher and exceed the set targets

To take a leading role in managing a portfolio of VIP customers and continue to grow the network to meet the company’s business objective – to generate sales and increase customer loyalty

To proactively lead the team to recruit new walk-in customers and grow the customer base through proactive clienteling

To promote Personal Styling Service throughout Store

To develop a clienteling mindset amongst the Personal Styling Team and ensure key data is captured from customers to build client database

To fully understand and be able to communicate our connected commerce business model

To proactively and consistently acquire in-depth knowledge of the latest international designer fashion and lifestyle trends, share and train team members

Requirements

• 8+ years working in the luxury fashion industry, in-house or brand
• At least 4 years' team management experience
• Demonstrate solid understanding of the luxury fashion industry
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Extremely well-organized and pro-active
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
