Responsibilities

• To fully understand and be able to communicate our connected commerce business model, ensuring all staff understand the need for a seamless customer experience, on and offline
• To take every opportunity to exceed the customers expectations by being proactive and handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously
• To monitor the after sales service activities such as reserve, gift wrapping, dispatch and delivery, concierge service
• To monitor staff scheduling to ensure there are sufficient staff available to provide superior standards of service and to build the business
• To work closely with the team to achieve agreed sales and related KPIs goals
• To work with CBO to establish a balanced range of merchandise suited to the customer profile. Make recommendations for changes and improvement to maximize the merchandising & selling opportunities
• To work with the CBO team to proactively and consistently acquire in-depth knowledge of the latest international fashions and lifestyle trends and share with the team
• To ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times through regular checks and effective staff scheduling
• To ensure visual merchandise presentation in line with VM Standards Manual
• To identify and execute ways to increase employee’s loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the Lane Crawford experience
• To provide on job coaching to ensure that Supervisors are able to meet and exceed the standards and people management requirements of their role
• To monitor and review performance of team with the Supervisor identifying individuals who are ready for promotion or require performance improvement plans
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 5+ years relevant retail expericence, ideally in a multi brand luxury environment
• Strong team leadership and coaching/training skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Self motivated with drive and energy to achieve sales
