Responsibilities

• To ensure the entire team understands the need to deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service
• To demonstrate a desire to understand and communicate the latest Brand information and how it relates to trend and fashion to customers and staff
• To take every opportunity to exceed the customers expectations by being proactive and handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously
• To be proactive in identifying selling and cost control opportunities that will help achieve, and exceed, the sales and profit targets
• To work with the Supervisor and shop team to effectively support and execute company promotions to maximize sales potential and profit
• To communicate regularly with Warehouse and follow agreed procedures to ensure smooth distribution of merchandise at all times
• To be proactive in understanding the competition, communicate activities and take action to minimize loss of brand market share
• To ensure that all staff are communicated to daily, taking every opportunity to build and reinforce team spirit through reward and recognition, and appropriate motivational activities
• To ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times through regular checks and on job training
• To ensure cashiering function is performed to a high degree of accuracy
• To give feedback during regular meetings with Supervisors and staff and solicit their ideas for improvement
• To monitor and review performance of the shop team, identifying individuals who are ready for promotion or require performance improvement plans
• To complete and present performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for their employees in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 6+ years relevant retail experience, ideally in a multi brand luxury environment
• At least 3 years' team management experience
• Excellent team leadership and coaching/training skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Self motivated with drive and energy to achieve sales
• Able to work under pressure and a team player

The working place is in Shuangliu.
