Responsibilities

• To take every opportunity to exceed the customers expectations by being proactive and providing unique moments of truth throughout the service cycle
• To ensure that all sales are followed up with after sales service activities such as reserve, gift wrapping, dispatch and delivery, concierge service every time
• To manipulate staff at all times to provide expected standards of service and to build the business on all day parts
• To collect feedback from customers and share this feedback with manager/other appropriate people
• To achieve agreed monthly sales and average transaction value targets for area of responsibility
• To be proactive in identifying selling opportunities and putting in place initiatives that will help achieve and exceed the sales targets
• To be proactive in recruiting new customers to enlarge the customer base that will help to achieve the sales targets
• To be able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features and benefits of the product
• To ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times through effective staff scheduling
• To provide on job training to new hires to ensure they meet the required standards in all aspects of their job within the probation period
• To monitor and review performance of team with the shop manager, identifying individuals who are ready for promotion or require performance improvement plans
• Manage performance of team on a daily basis and take appropriate action with those who fall below standard (in consultation with shop manager/HR Department)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 4+ years relevant retail experience, ideally in a multi brand luxury environment
• At least 2 years’ team management experience
• Have the good service consciousness
• Communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Self motivated with drive and energy to achieve sales

The working place is in Shuangliu.
