Major Responsibilities and Objectives 主要职责：

? Assist the Assistant Director - Marketing with the innovative, smooth and quality operation of the marketing communications side of the property centre.

? Plan and manage PR and advertising campaigns for the property centre with the aim of projecting a proper image of the centre befitting its positioning.

? Develop and maintain sound working relationships and develop strong partnerships with media, PR companies, agencies and related government departments in order to achieve good exposure and use the brand in a suitable manner.

? Analyse market trends and customer preferences so as to identify marketing opportunity and changes in competition landscape.

? Manage PR and communication plans and events.

? Share responsibilities of budgetary control for marketing.

? Manage, develop and continually improve the website and digital marketing tools for the property centre.

? 管理物业中心的公共关系和广告运作以展示符合物业中心定位的适当形象

? 管理公共关系、传播计划和活动

? 分担市场预算管理的责任

? 管理、开发和持续改进物业中心网站和电子市场工具

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements 任职要求：

? University graduated in marketing or marketing-related discipline, with a minimum 6-year experience in marketing, advertising, PR and event.

? Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.

? Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service oriented attitude.

? Exposure in working with foreign companies in the PRC, and in liaising with international companies/clients would be an advantage.

? Good press release writing skills; good media relations is an advantage.

? Creative with a good sense of market and attention to details, and to be able to work under tight schedule.

? To be able to work in a multi-cultural work environment.

? Conversant with the use of PC in particular Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

? 市场或市场相关专业本科以上学位，有至少6年市场、广告、公共关系以及活动组织方面工作经验

? 流利的英文和普通话，口语和读写俱佳

? 良好的谈判、沟通和人际关系处理技巧和能力，并有极强的客户服务意识
