职位描述：

工程采购，估价询价，议价，标单制作，发包，合同签订；

供应商开发及管理；

内/外部沟通以及跨部门协调

职位要求：

具有3年以上的工程材料采购发包或者专案管理相关经验；

具有估价沟通协调能力；

细心，熟悉电脑操作；

英语书写及会话能力佳；

具有建筑工程现场施工管理经验尤佳。

Buyer

Job Content:

The acquisition of and control of materials from point of order through installation and control of overages and shortages；

Price and delivery negotiations；

Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of equipment and materials for the jobs；

Manage materials and equipment inventory；

Vendor relations, vendor development, vendor identification；

Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers；

Electrical, HVAC and Mechanical product knowledge；

Strategic thought and awareness, following not only existing contracts, project tracking activity and change of scope on contracts; Watch the work, think ahead；

Foundation program literate and timely management of records；

Detailed knowledge of the engineering submittal process and timely follow up to ensure that there are no delays to the project time line；

Ensure compliance to project budgets；

Research new materials for design and cost savings；

Work with Project Managers, field supervisors and warehouse personnel to anticipate needs and scheduling of deliveries；

Knowledge of delivery leading times and their effects on the scheduling of projects;

Assist in settling invoice and contract disputes;

Handle change order requests;

Job Requirements:

3+ years’ purchasing experience in the commercial construction trade;

Excellent negotiating skills

Equipment expertise (electrical, mechanical and HVAC);

Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;

Excellent computer skills and administrative discipline;

Experience with inventory management and accounting systems;

Must be detail oriented and highly organized;

Good attendance and a professional demeanor is a must.
