Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Calibration coordinator: Coordinate all external calibration; Conduct internal calibration
2. Plant MSA coordinator: Plan and coordinate whole plant MSA activities
3. Fine measurement: Support 3D/projector measurement
4.Testing equipments maintenance: QMM equipment TPM and repair; Spare parts management
5.Product validation test: Conduct Wheel Speed Sensor Test
6. Failure part analysis
7.Chemical test
8. Plant SPC coordinator: Roll out SPC in the whole plant
Qualification Requirement:
1. Mechanical/ Electric/ or similar college degree or above;
2. At least 3 years lab management experience
3. Good oral and written English
4.Good knowledge of calibration, MSA and measurement
5.Good problem solving skill, familiar with 8D method
6. Sufficient experience on equipment maintain and repair
7. Some product validation test experience
8.Good MS Office skill, i.e, Excel and PPT
9. SPC experience will be a plus
