Responsibilities:
- Define media supply system SOP, PM & schedule, define strategic management and development plan for these systems
- Take responsibility of M&E system management, maintenance, trouble shooting, technical support and renovation
-Take responsibility of civil work, building structure, interior decoration management, maintenance, technical support and renovation
-Take responsibility of administration management including canteen, house keeping, shuttle bus, office layout planning and department SAP system management
- Maintenance and utility budget planning and controlling, system optimization, continuous improvement activities, CO2 reduction
- Support of all kinds of internal and external audit, coordinate with government about policy and technical support; familiar with national standard & policy and release them to internal
- Related renovation and extension project management
- Promote and encourage team work and good communication
- Other related work assignment by company and managers
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in either equipment maintenance or facility maintenance
- Engineering degree mechanical/electrical or civil
- English intermediate level
