Job Responsibilities:
- Set up import and export business in Chengdu plant and ensure the transfer smoothly
- Keep good communication and coordinate with all parties involved forwarder, custom, customs clearance agency, internal departments.
- Perform daily import and export activities efficiently
- Track import and export process and make sure on time delivery
- Control all import and export documents and achieve good filling
- Coordinate with related parties to solve import and export deviations, including claim to insurance company for damage
- Evaluate international forwarder's or broker's performance and push them to improve it continually
- Check forwarders' timely bill document and do payment application
- Take on other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in international trade field
- More than 5 years import and export working experience, including international forwarder management
- Be familiar with custom process and import/export regulations
- Fluent oral and written English
- Good problem solving skills
- Auto industrial background is plus
