Summary
1.Master of documenting system
2.Know how to the accounting / HR systems
3.The successful candidate will possess good oral and written communications skills in both English and Chinese.

Key responsibilities
1.Documenting system specifications
2.Data management
3.Supporting new system implementation;
4.Developing user manuals / system support documentation;
5.Providing training to system users;
6.Performing other tasks, as needed, in support of the maintenance of existing customer or internal systems.

Job specific requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
2.Sound database management knowledge
3.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar position.
4.Proficiency in Kingdee K3 and SAP is required.
5.Proficiency in Take 5 People would be an advantage.
6.Candidate with relevant accounting service industry experience and knowledge are preferred.

Job specific competencies
1.Working knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, Accounting/HR software, an integrated ERP System (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Dynamics or similar),etc.
2.Good spoken and written English skills.
3.Excellent communications to internal and external clients.
4.Strong learning ability.
