职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.To work with BOD for BD strategies, provide leadership, organize, coordinate and direction to enhance the status and standing of TMF;
2.Responsible for the establishment and achievement of current and limited company's goals, objectives including developing and implementing strategic BD plans;
3.Overseas BD's team overall high standard of program, encouraging results and continuous improvements;
4.Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure consistent growth and expansion and profit plans are met.
5.Responsible for annual KPI and target setting;
6.Proactively establish BD delivery approach and measurable target;
7.Organize events and BD related activities, and responsible for day-to-day business development activities;
8.Support China wide BD process initiates follow up; and design and conduct workshops related to BD program and/ or competency development, etc;
9.Collect and analyze the market information, implement marketing activities, identify and actively explore new opportunities and competitors position, recommend new business solutions to continuously broaden the business platform
10.Contribute to revenue generation targets by identifying appropriate business opportunities in line with services lines;
11.Prepare business case and conduct presentation to key decision makers in potential clients to highlight the unique advantage of TMF's services;
12.Lead business negotiation with customers at all levels and mobilize the senior leadership team based on need basis;
13.Operations Coordination - Facilitate communication between sales and operations to ensure service quality, service ease and profitability
14.Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above; Marketing related major is a plus;
2.At least 8 years working experience in related BPO/ ICPO/ consulting industry;
3.Rich Experience in developing new markets with a proven track record of successful launching in China
4.Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats in both Chinese and English;
5.Must have uncompromising integrity with excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills;
6.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management and problem-solving skills;
7.Passionate and positive with teamwork spirit;
8.Willing to work under pressure with measurable results/ KPIs;
9.Worked in a highly matrixed environment;
10.Solid business acumen.
