主要工作职责及目标：
1. 参与制定公司及各项目经营计划，审核、分析、监督预算和财务计划的执行情况；
2. 审核原始凭证的合法性、合理性和真实性，审核费用发生的审批手续是否符合公司规定；
3. 准确、及时地完成账务和结算工作，按要求编制财务报表、经营情况分析报告；
4. 负责会计凭证、帐册、报表等财会资料的收集、汇编、归档等会计档案管理工作；
5. 按照对业务部门的考核制度、业务督导标准做好对各部门收费管理、出纳日常工作的监督和协调工作；
6. 向领导提供及时、可靠的财务信息和有关工作建议。

技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求：
1. 会计，金融，财务管理相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 3年以上房地产行业财务相关工作经验，熟悉国家财政、税收法律法规,熟悉房地产行业会计核算，会计报表编制，财务预算编制；外资房地产公司相关经验优先；
3. 中级职称，注册会计师和注册税务师优先；
4. 熟练掌握办公软件及财务专业软件的运用,具备良好沟通能力，具备高度责任心和敬业精神；
5. 能使用英语为工作语言优先。
