Job description:

· Well understanding of company finance system and regulations, support and improve financial affair implementations

· Well understanding of National Finance and tax policy, regulations, ensure correctness and legality

· Responsible for daily payments, billing and bank statements, manage bank related procedures and e-banking system

· Finance Reports: prepare accounting and finance report according to National, local and company rules

· Tax Report: In charge of tax reports, applications and related procedures include EIT, BT and IIT

· Business certificates and registrations: responsible for related application procedures and renews, make sure the legality and validity of related registrations

· Administration: support administration affaires, such as office equipments management, purchase stationeries, air tickets & hotel reservations, all kind of assists office managing

· Acting as a sales assistant: support Sales team for documents translation, project coordination and follow-up

Requirements:

· More than 3-5 years accountant working experience in Foreign Company.

· Accountancy Degree from an accredited university, with Accounting Qualification Certificate.

· Sound working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and taxation issues

· Good in writing and business paperwork. Proficiency in MS-Excel is critical & knowledge of other MS Office and accounting products is desirable

· Excellent communication, analyzing, and organizing skills

· Ability to work independently in accuracy, extremely self-motivated

· Fluent in both spoken & written English
