Position Accountabilities:
? 1 Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs to rectify and issues
? 2 Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customers on a timely manner
? 3 Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation
4 To ensure daily Ocean freight export and import operation work.
5 Work together with other department, consolidate total solution and feedback to customer
6 Complete ocean related business reports and statistics from Schenker systems and other sources as required.
7 Ensure the timely payment and to involve the Sales department in the collection efforts as needed.
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
1 4 years of experience in the ocean freight forwarding, the international freight forwarding experience is preferred.
2 Familiar with Chengdu ocean freight market and import and export declarations process
3 English, spoken and written, above CET 4
4 Proficient in using PC software (MS Windows)
