Direct report to: CFO, China

Role Purpose:
1. Support the Business Team with timely and accurate information regarding financial performance, forecasting and variance analysis of the Profit centers
2. Ensure alignment and compliance with financial systems and practices in all operations, fostering a culture of business partnering
3. Provide support and appropriate advice to the Commercial Teams in winning future commercial opportunities

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the preparation of the 18 Month Rolling Forecast on a monthly basis for the Profit Centre
2. Continuous improvement of the forecasting process and monitor and ensuring that all Internal Controls are in place
3. Manage the daily reporting of Key Performance Indicators
4. Monitoring and adjustment of forecasting to reflect future business position
5. Act as a trusted business partner to provide effective and accurate financial information in a timely manner
6. Advice and co-ordinate review of business processes to identify areas to improve Business performance/profitability.
7. Ensure operations adhere to external standards and procedures (i.e., audit, AASB, international standards)
8. Ensure operations adhere to internal standards and procedures (i.e., delegated authorities, policies and procedures) and the business meets the external audit criteria
9. Preparation of financial models to provide information to the business
10. Development of costing models to support sound business analysis
11. Building scenarios based on financial information
12. Support the business in the preparation of financial models for future business opportunities
13. Assist in preparation and approval of Capex requests (net cash flow, net present value, payback calculations)
14. Cash flow timing forecast
15. Co-ordinate and prepare of Capex forecast as required
16. Other works assigned by the manager

Requirements:
1. At least bachelor degree in accounting or relevant discipline, CPA is preferred
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar Commercial Finance role, preferred experience in auto parts manufacturing environment, project feasibility analysis experience
3. Ability to prepare and manage forecasts
4. Word / Excel - intermediate level
5. Preferred – proven experience in Hyperion
6. Ability to interpret and complete Balance Scorecard System
7. Strong analysis and communication skills
8. Good attention to details
9. Result oriented
