一、掌握中心耗用材料的情况，并根据实际库存情况决定请购常用、备用材料的数量。
二、购进材料、工具在进库前必须验收，数量无误，质量合格后方可进库。对不符合质量标准的物品，有权拒绝入库签收。
三、管理员对保管物资的数量完整负全面的经济责任，因保管不当造成的物品短缺、损坏均应按价赔偿。
四、材料、工具领用凭填写材料领用单并经主管领导签字同意后方可发放。对于急需且一时又难于办全手续者，应在征求领导同意后，再发放领用的物品，事后应督促领用者在三日内补齐手续。
五、个人专用工具如有遗失，个人承担赔偿责任。领用有回收价值的材料时，原则上交旧领新。工具未经领导同意一律不得外借。同意外借的，出入库时要登记、查验。
六、库房管理要帐物相符。对库存材料、工具的领用和存库情况每学期末要出具报表报给主管领导。
七、加强危险品的存放管理。库内物品应分类摆放整齐，地面保持清洁，易腐、易碎，易挥发物品另外放置。做好防火、防盗、防水淹、防潮霉变的各项防范工作。
