Introduction:
Build up open, efficiency internal communication via professional Intranet, newsletters.
Ensure customer visiting activities in factory running on professional standard. Gateway between Siemens and visitors.

What are my responsibilities?
-Planning and arranging visits and events as well as the according visiting programs. This includes scheduling, creating the agenda, involving internal partners and information, approvals and service. Furthermore maintenance and preparing technical equipment. Feel responsible as contact partner for visitors.
-Creating and publishing the SEWC employee information. This includes continuous story search, writing articles and publishing in paper and on the homepage.
-Designing the SEWC-homepage including continuous updates. Organize overall employee information.
-Develop and provide information and presentations for customers and visitors (current products, technologies, organization).
-Announcing visitor groups via visitor screen as well as important internal events.
-Continuous updating of product-boards in exhibition and show rooms and coordinating the contents with the production units.
-Service in exhibition and show rooms: up-keeping and preparing technical equipment like beamer, PC, headsets, audio application, lighting, power supply, ESD equipment, visitor screens.
-Taking care of Videoconference applications (screens, cameras, telephones, software).
-Department team assistant.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Understanding of the most important product and processes in industry automation market .
-Innovative technologies for presentations and events.
- Excellent skills of scheduling, organization, communication and presentation technologies.
-Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese.
-Professional in Chinese/English communication articles editing.
-Professional in Marketing related documents editing.
-Experiences in event management for customers.
-Basic knowledge in marketing and business etiquette.
-Be capable to present product and production processes.
-Capable to cooperate in an diverse, international environment.
-Experience in an international company is preferred.
