Introduction:
For our PL Department in CHENGDU, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist.

What are my responsibilities?
- Order management:
- Plan and create purchase orders to ensure material supply and replenishment on time.
- Monitoring goods delivery time and handle goods return or replacement.
- First step of escalation management.
- Tooling / Molding Management:
- Tooling and FPIR samples operative procurement.
- Tooling lifecycle management.
- Operate transfer or replacement if necessary.
- Supplier management:
- Tooling/Molding supplier management and evaluation.
- Procurement logistics:
- Development of the preferred procurement logistics models.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Familiar with Tooling and molding / Logistics / Commercial Processes in Procurement Environment.
- Familiar with Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
- Familiar with IT Tools and methods.
- Operational experience in tooling procurement and management is preferred.
- SAP procurement process experience is a plus.
- Equipped with Supply chain / logistics and procurement experience is preferred.
- Experience in a multi-national company is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
