职责描述：

财务会计、管理会计、营运会计以及编制内、外部财务报表。

财务策略制定及战略推广、预算制定、监控、管理及汇报

系统发展及支持其运行和推广（包括集团开发的系统）（SAP/Scale）

制定能明确职责、有效的流程序确定其能被有效运用于商业运作中。

建立绩效单位各级别财务员工的能力以满足公司发展的需要。

提供财务方面的服务，例如：资金、银行、风险管理、赊账管理、固定资产管理和固定资产申请。

企业管制及遵守包括COA, DOA, SOX, US GAAP和中国当地政府等政策条例。

建立营运单位内的商业伙伴伎能及功能并紧密地加强与其他资能部门在战略方向上的合作。

营运单位的采购／信息系统管理及确保营运单位的职责与流程与集团采购一致。支持BIG中国首席财务官关于集团采购及信息系统的工作。

监管营运单位的营运控制部的商业运作，确保其遵循公司的指导原则、流程序和COBC要求运作

任职要求：

有Overall的Finance leader的经验。在商业财务分析等方面经验尤为丰富

行业不限于FMCG，但尽可能有相关性或曾有行业经历。

对内控流程熟悉，并有良好的系统流程优化经验

概念性思维、系统思维：在处理复杂问题时具有全局观;能把握关键问题

团队领导力及员工发展能力：具有良好的团队领导能力技巧及丰富经验

沟通影响能力：具有突出的沟通影响能力，善于采用不同方式影响他人
