岗位职责
1、根据董事会要求，提出公司的经营计划、实施计划及日常管理工作计划，经集团确定后组织实施；
2、全面负责公司日常管理工作，制定并实施区域公司年度工作目标、季度、月度工作计划；
3、全面负责公司与项目实施有关的费用、资金计划的编制与组织实施；
4、全面领导负责公司运营管理、行政人力、财务、工程、设计、营销及招标采购等相关工作；
5、能整合政府各相关部门资源、社会资源和内部资源；
6、负责区域公司团队建设、企业文化建设及企业品牌建设等工作。

岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，工程、建筑等相关专业；
2、10年以上工作经验，5年以大型房地产项目高层管理经验，有2个以上完整的项目开发经验；
3、熟悉国家房地产行业相关政策和法规，熟悉房地产经济、项目管理、财务管理、法律等方面的知识。
