IMP EE Section manager/离子注入设备经理
Location: Chengdu

Roles and Responsibilities：
To instruct and supervise engineers to continuously improve tool performance and accomplish production goals
To lead engineers to sustain and continuously improve tool capability and utilization to meet production goals.
To develop new technology and optimize equipment to save cost.
To set up the guidelines of disciplines, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
To follow the company guidelines to accomplish the quality, safety, information security and environment policies.
To constantly seek for improvements and innovations to fulfill goals of the intellectual property.
To supervise the training program to upgrade the capabilities of subordinate.

Qualification Requirement：
Bachelor degree and above in electric or machinery Science.
10 years and above IMP equipment engineer experiences, familiar to AMAT/ Axcelis and NISSIN tools.
5 years and above team management experience.
Good written and verbal skills in English.

Others：
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
