岗位薪酬税前100-150万。

岗位职责：

1、根据集团董事会下达的区域年度经营目标组织制定、修改、实施北京区域公司的年度工作目标、年度资金计划，监督本公司各项经营目标的顺利实现；
2、检查、督促和协调北京区域公司各项目计划的执行情况，并对计划的调整提出相关建议；
3、负责所在区域公司的项目拓展，在拓展上要求有相应的社会资源并有过商业与住宅的土地拓展经验；
4、根据集团的战略布局，组建团队并全面统筹所在区域的项目开发与建设；
5、负责区域所有项目从拿地、规划、投融资、以及工程实施至后期销售全过程的地产项目完整的管理实践经验；
6、全面把控项目工期、质量、成本、安全等责任目标，确保项目达到集团规定要求等；
7、开展北京区域公司的社会及政府公共关系活动，树立公司良好的企业形象；
8、主持并协调项目相关方的所有工作，确保区域土地拓展与项目运营如期顺利完成；
9、负责区域公司团队建设及人员规划工作。

任职资格：

1、全日制本科或以上学历，专业不限，大型地产公司大区全面管理工作经历优先；
2、五年以上大型房地产公司区域总经理或集团副总同等职位相关工作经验，熟悉房地产和建筑行业的开发流程及相关法律法规，有成功独立操盘2个以上项目经验；
3、熟悉大型房地产公司的运作模式，具备专业的房地产全盘运作知识和技巧；
4、综合协调、沟通、表达能力强、为人稳重、有良好的社会关系。
