岗位职责：
1、商业运营总监作为总部岗位，商业运营中心下设顾问部和商业运营部，负责集团所有项目前期经济测算、报告撰写，商业项目招商运营工作规划安排等，有地产行业全流程开发经验。
2、负责全集团商业项目招商运营整体规划，熟悉专业市场和商业地产招商运营管理；
3、进行大客户管理和关系维护等。

任职资格：
1、具有丰富的商业地产商业管理经验，熟悉房地产项目前期规划、前期定位、经济测算，具有较强的文案功底；
2、具有研究精神；
3、对商业地产和专业市场感兴趣，并对商业和盈利模式有一定研究；
4、有商业地产全程招商运营经验，能适应出差。
