岗位职责：
成都某公司岗位：
1、协助总经理维护各方面政府关系；
2、负责公司项目拓展和土地储备规划工作；
3、负责公司项目开发报建整体管控等。
重庆某公司岗位：
1、编制和完善项目前期投资阶段的相关管理制度与流程，并负责优化和监督贯彻执行；
2、根据公司经营计划和目标，建立、培养和维护区域项目发展的渠道和资源，进行土地项目的资源获取及商业谈判；
3、实施区域项目发展计划，组织项目选址考察和评估，对工作报告的质量和结论负责，为项目决策提出建议；
4、负责跟踪满足公司投资标准要求的项目，按公司战略完成市场拓展任务；
5、对市场、项目环境进行调研及投资分析，与公司财务等相关部门合作进行公司内部的项目可行性研究；
6、为规划设计提供相关的信息，参与制定项目开发计划，包括项目定位、成本及收益预测、建设标准、配套设施等，并在得到批准后实施计划；
7、建立并维护良好外部氛围，促进土地顺利获取，为后期开发建设创造良好环境。

成都岗位任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、有大中型地产公司项目投资拓展、项目开发报建等相关工作经验；
3、思维灵活、主动性强；意识理念前卫；
4、有本土或全国一线地产工作经验者优先。

重庆岗位任职资格：
1、年龄在35-45岁之间， 城市规划、房地产类专业、房地产经营管理、工民建、经济学、建筑工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，211以上高校优先；
2、5年以上房地产投资开发工作经验， 熟悉深圳及广东地区房地产、土地市场及相关政策法规，熟悉房地产项目投资、土地拓展、项目收购等业务流程；
3、通晓市场研究及项目分析理论、经济管理等知识，掌握成本测算、财务管理、房地产相关知识，熟悉房地产开发流程和运作模式，对投资研究，可行性项目研究流程熟悉；
4、具一线城市中心地区土地投资拓展的丰富经验，并拥有区域项目发展和市场研究有关的渠道和资源；
5、具备优秀的沟通协调与谈判能力，以及较强的分析判断能力、文字表达能力和书面撰写能力、计划组织能力。
