职位描述

Requirement:

a. Bachelor degree or above, if possible with major in building material industry.

b. 5-7 years work experience in a sales related job in a multi-national company, preferred in building material industry

c. High interest in marketing and sales, and in work with end-user, architects/designers as well as with technical features of a product

d. Excellent negotiation and cooperation skills with all project participants

e. Outstanding interpersonal skills, effective communication and coordination with people from different departments and hierarchy levels (team spirit)

f. Ability to organize and assert oneself, daily questioning if doing the right work approach

g. Analytical and structured work approach, proactive working style, multi-tasking skills, high team spirit, self-motivated, result driven, motivated to work under pressure;

h. Positive work attitude with Can-Do-Mentality

i. High degree of trustworthy and accountability, good sense of urgency

j. Creative Out-of-the-box-thinking in terms of market segment oriented product solutions

k. Skillful in Office software as daily operation basis.

l. Good business English skills in Reading/Writing/Listening/Speaking are advantageous, but not mandatory

Job content

a. Establish professional product and brand image of Forbo as a pioneer in the resilient floor covering industry

b. Develop 3-year-Strategy for your province with net sales targets and clear action plans

c. Strict implementation of the action plans in the different years with high discipline

d. Visit all project participants of important projects by yourself and get your own real project situation in order to determine the right next steps

e. Train, guide and control your sales partners staffs with valuable advices and support

f. Establish subdealer network in your province as multiplicators of the business to overfullfil the net sales target

g. Develop excellent relationships with end-user, architects/designer, contractor, installer etc. in order to make the market and set the standards in cooperation with your regional sales manager

h. Fullfil the reporting requirements of the Chinese company

i. Deal smart with complaints from market participants in the frame of a professional after-sales-service

j. Build an internal bridge between customer service, technical service and marketing to enhance and speed up the internal sales processes

l. Control your monthly travel expenses, respect all company policies

工作要求:

a. 大学本科学历及以上,建筑材料专业优先;

b. 5-7 年的跨国公司销售相关工作经验,建材行业优先;

c. 对销售和市场工作、面向最终用户和设计师的工作以及产品的技术性能感兴趣;

d. 优秀的与项目参与者进行谈判和合作的技能;

e. 优秀的人际交往能力,能有效地与不同部门和不同层级的人员沟通协调(团队精神);

f. 具备自我批评和检讨的能力

g. 具备分析能力和有条理工作的能力、能接受不同的工作任务安排、团队合作、自我激励、以结果为导向、能在压力下工作;

h. 积极主动的工作态度;

i. 高度的信任感和责任感,良好的紧迫感;

j. 对以市场细分为导向的产品解决方案能提出创造性的想法;

k. 熟练运用办公自动化系统于日常工作中;

l. 商务英文水平优秀,能熟练掌握听说读写。但非必须。

工作内容:

a. 在弹性地板行业中建立 FORBO 专业的产品和品牌形象;

b. 为所辖区制定 3 年战略发展销售目标和明确的行动计划;

c. 严格按期执行行动计划;

d. 独立接触重大项目的参与各方,并自主判断项目的实际情况以作出正确的后续工作决策;

e. 培训、指导和控制销售合作伙伴,提供有价值的建议和支持;

f. 在所辖区域内建立分销网络,完成区域销售目标;

g. 与最终用户、建筑师/设计师、承包商、施工队等建立良好的合作关系,和所在地区的区域销售经理开发市场并设立相关的标准;

h. 完成公司要求的汇报体系的工作;

i. 在专业的售后服务框架内,能妥善处理来自市场的投诉;

j. 成为沟通客服、技术和市场部门的内部沟通桥梁,以提升和加速内部销售处理流程;

k. 控制每月的差旅费用,遵守公司的制度。
