Reporting to National Sales Director, you will play an active role in one of the fastest growing branch within the Company.
Responsibilities will include:
+In charge of developing and increasing company flooring product market - Vinyl in China +Strategic market analysis of Vinyl in China.
+Market-segment orientated preparation of marketing materials and campaigns especially for Vinyl market in China.
+Prepare presentations and campaigns for products which are especially suited for the Vinyl market
+Support Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers and Sales Partners in their daily work. +Conduct product and market-analysis including competitor’s information and market price. +Provide technical documents to our sales staff and sales partners where necessary.
+Attend market-segment related events like seminars and exhibitions in order to gain new contacts and project information.
+Acquisition of new customers for the resilient flooring division Vinyl (dealer, end user, architectural institutes and interior designer etc.)
+Develop new distribution channels for Vinyl projects.
+Regularly contact market segment related companies and plants in order to stay up-to-date . +Support of local sales staff regarding market-segment specific problems, questions and
solutions .
+Prepare suggestions regarding further development and improvement of Vinyl projects in China.
+In charge of key account management including the new relationship building up and maintainence.
Candidate Background:
+University degree or above, major in marketing or sales related would be preferred.
+At least 5 years work experience in a marketing or sales related job in a multi-national company, preferably experienced in the building material business
+Skilled in computer, office software operation, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
+Excellent communication skills, creative out of the box thinking
+Have overall situation and development view, strong sense of responsibility, team-working
spirit, multi-tasking skills, self-motivated, service-orientated, strongly respect company privacy. Detail oriented, independent and mature
+Good language skills both in Chinese and English.
