Introduction:
- Introduction and qualification of new components for certain commodities.
- Ensuring and continuous improvement of the supplier quality in this area.
- Supplier quality management.

What are my responsibilities?
- Handle the component quality from prototype running to series production in Siemens factory.
- Selection and introduction of new components (incl. qualification) in common with R&D and procurement.
- Requirement planning for incoming inspection.
- Creation and maintenance of component data for the electronic data management (Team center).
- Support for matching and realization of the supplier strategy and supplier quality management.
- Drive continuous improvement on supplier process to achieve high quality performance.
- Conduct 8D process to get supplier quality problem resolved.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Familiar with Component knowledge, such as IC, Passive parts, Connector, Cable, Plastic, PCB, Packaging etc.
- Familiar with relevant quality methods, such as FAI, 8D, APQP, PPAP etc.
- Fluent oral and written English skill is preferred.
- Bachelor Degree in engineering/automation/Mechanical is preferred.
- Supply chain and manufacturing experience, Component quality management experiences in manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Working experience in multination company is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
