JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Act as the United representative to oversee and support all operations by our vendor at Chengdu Airport

· Ensure that United followed during operations for above the wing services, below the wing operations plus cargo operations.

· Performs a variety of operational and administrative support tasks, involving customer contact and operational duties to support Station departure and arrival flights.

· Assignments may consist of, but are not limited to, work in the following areas:

- Ticketing counter including lobby, gate, baggage services, international departures and arrivals, air freight , ramp and cabin service, automated check-in-control, operations center, premium services, red carpet room and customer assistance areas.

REQUIREMENT:

· College degree or equivalent work experience in an operational role for one or two years required.

· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced operational environment required.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

· Must be able to speak and write Mandarin and English fluently. Ability to speak the Sichuan dialect is a bonus.

· Must have the legal right to live and work in China.

· Must reside in Chengdu and commute to Chengdu Airport daily

SALARY SCALE:

To be determined, competitive with local market pay for similar roles.
