Job Scope:

1. Optimize training procedure to meet business development needs.
2. Coordinate with departments to identify training needs, work out training plan to ensure training effectiveness and support people development program.
3. Implement training plan as scheduled
4. Responsible for training administration support
5. Responsible for external vendor management including vendor selection, vendor evaluation and vendor relations.

Job Requirements:

1.Education
University degree with major in Arts, Language studies, Human Resources, Business Administration or related.

2. Experience
No less than 4 years working experience, at least 3 years’ solid training & development experience in multi-national company, experience in manufacturing is perfect.

3. Knowledge/Skills
-. Good communication and presentation skill;
-. Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
-. Ability to deliver training course in a professional manner
