Responsibilities:
1.Establish project scope, goals and requirements based on current company priorities. Set key project directions including core functionality, art style, monetization strategy and content based on extensive research.
2.Create detailed plans for production scheduling, allocating resources and assigning tasks.
3.Coordinate with company teams such as IT, Art and other related teams to ensure project milestones are met in accordance to project processes and schedules.
4.Monitor completed work to ensure high project quality.
5.Maintain and update games, making changes based on analysis of research, as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
1.Minimum of a Bachelor degree from top university. 3+ years experience in game industry with a minimum of 1 year in a project and functional teams management
2.Proficient with game design and project management platforms and software.
3.Familiarity with game design and production or previous project management experience at a well established game company is preferred.
4.Passionate about games, project management and solving problems.
5.Fluent spoken English with excellent communication and coordination skills. Must be able to work in English speaking work environment.
6.Good cross-department communication and coordination skills as well as good resources management ability. Can work under high pressure.
7.Ability to take responsibility for entire teams and projects. Be sensitive to details.

岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略制定相应的项目需求和总体目标，确定游戏方向和开发要点以及游戏核心玩法、风格及内容并制定合理的项目组织架构；
2、制定时间节点，搭建游戏系统架构，设计游戏赢利点，把控系统数值框架平衡，安排详细计划，量化任务，并合理分配给相应的人员；
3、项目管理，制定项目里程碑，协调美术、技术等相关人员工作进度，推动项目进程，跟踪项目的进度，协调项目组成员之间的合作；
4、对项目的质量、提交物、成本进度等进行验收和测试管控，保证游戏品质；
5、负责跟进项目的需求调研和需求分析工作，以及需求的变更和控制。

任职要求：
1、重点大学本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏行业从业经验含1年以上游戏项目管理经验，且有管理不同职能团队的丰富经验；
2、能熟练使用产品设计和项目管理相关平台和工具软件；
3、对游戏设计、制作有深刻理解，有国内外知名游戏公司项目经理工作经验者优先考虑；
4、热爱游戏，具有创造性思维，有解决问题的能力，熟悉项目管理知识体系；
5、流利的英语口语能力，能适应全英文的工作环境；
6、有较好的资源管理能力、项目协调能力、跨部门沟通能力和抗压能力；
7、具有高度责任心，对于负责的项目和团队有强烈的主人翁感，以及对细节有敏感性。
