Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for our mobile game product overall operations on mobile platform, market research and competition analysis. Also be responsible for products position and overall strategy. Set up long-term development direction for product lines.
2.Be responsible for related team construction, training, performance appraisal, and daily management.
3.Be responsible for setting up game operation scheme, formulating market promotion plan and implement products’ lifecycle management.
4.Lead the development team to develop and release the products on time.
5.Ensure investment of project resources. Be responsible for optimization of products and R&D process, and promote the smooth implementation of related products from design to development, test and launch.
6.Be responsible for analyzing game platform, user research and data analysis of gamers. Cooperate with all department members to find users’ core needs and improve product features and users experience continuously.

Qualifications & Skills:
1.At least hold a Bachelor degree from top university. 3+ years experience in game industry and at least 1 year management experience, and experience in operating successful game products.
2.Can use product design and related management platform and software proficiently.
3.Fluent oral English and be able to work in English environment.
4.Love games, be passionate and responsible for work.
5.Good cross-department communication and coordination skills as well as good resources management ability. Can work under high pressure.
6.Strong logical analysis capability, strong market sensitivity and creativity. Good work ethic and cultural literacy are required.

岗位职责：
1、负责移动终端平台手游产品的整体运营工作，进行市场调研和竞争对手分析，游戏的产品定位、整体规划，制定产品线的中长期发展方向；
2、相关产品团队的组建、培训、绩效考核以及日常管理；
3、负责策划游戏运营方案、制订游戏运营推广计划以及产品生命周期管理；
4、带领开发团队在预算时间内开发并发布产品；
5、确保项目资源投入，负责产品和研发流程的优化，推动所负责各产品从设计到开发、测试、上线计划的顺利实施；
6、负责游戏平台的市场分析、游戏玩家的研究和数据分析，与各部门人员密切合作，挖掘用户核心需求，持续改进完善产品功能和用户体验。

任职要求：
1、重点大学本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏行业从业经验含1年以上管理经验，有成功运营游戏产品经验；
2、能熟练使用产品设计和项目管理相关平台和工具软件；
3、流利的英语口语能力，能适应全英文的工作环境；
4、热爱游戏，对工作充满激情，富有责任心；
5、有较好的跨部门沟通能力、项目协调能力、资源管理能力和抗压能力；
6、具有严密的逻辑分析能力、较强的市场敏锐度和创造力，以及良好的职位道德和文化素养。
