Responsibilities:
1.Assist Project Manager in ensuring all tasks assigned are properly communicated to team members and that work done meets project goals and requirements.
2.Assist each department in dealing with problems caused during project execution, provide suggestions and assistance.
3.Assist in proper execution of project by ensuring work is produced in accordance to production schedule.
4.Coordinate between project management team and external teams such as Tech, Art and QA.
5.Assist in assessing team member performance based on evaluation criteria.

Qualifications & Skills:
1.Must have a minimum of a bachelor degree from top university. Must have at least 2 years experience in a project management position.
2.Highly passionate about games and game development. Previous game development experience preferred.
3.Fluent spoken English and must be comfortable working in English speaking work environment.
4.Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
5.Excellent analytical, communication, coordination and organizational skills. Able to work in a high pressure work environment.

岗位职责：
1、负责执行项目经理安排布置的各项工作，保证项目成员理解一致的项目需求和目标；
2、负责协助各个部门解决项目执行过程中的各个问题，提出建议或者提供帮助；
3、协助项目管理，负责推动项目执行工作，协助进度控制；
4、负责协调项目技术部门、美术、测试等各部门之间的沟通；
5、协助各个项目主管工作，绩效考核的定制和推动执行等。

任职要求：
1、重点大学本科以上学历，2年以上互联网或项目管理相关工作经验；
2、熟悉项目开发流程，热爱游戏，了解游戏项目开发过程者优先；
3、流利的英语口语能力，能适应全英文的工作环境；
4、诚信正直，踏实稳重，具备高度责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
5、具有良好的沟通协调能力和组织规划能力，注重条理性，善于分析和整理，能承受较大的工作压力。
