职位描述

Area Sales Manager

Location: Chengdu

Reporting directly to: Executive VP, Sales & Service, Asia



Major Duties & Responsibilities

1) Overall responsibilities:

Deploy TLD China commercial policy among customers in the assigned areas

Fulfill yearly targets as defined by the Commercial Director, in terms of market share, pricing, margin, lead time and payment conditions

Respect the TLD pricing policy, general terms & conditions of sales, and strictly follow TLD sales procedures

2) Customer management

Maintain the relationship with current customers and systematically explore new customers and new markets

Prepare offers to customers and coordinate with factories to check lead times

Follow and monitor customer payments upon acceptance and the timely repayment of deposits or guaranties

Facilitate communication between customers and after sales service or Spare parts hub

Inform customer about the status of orders

Organize and manage customer visits at airports and at TLD factories

3) Marketing

Contribute to marketing and sales strategies in order to achieve better results within respective sales area.

Market intelligence : Report regularly on all customer visits and activities, competitors, industry and market information, with a view to increasing market share

4) Monitoring, reporting and budgeting

Prepare sales and margin cost analysis

Prepare annual budget for assigned region. Realize budget sales and margin targets within budget contains

5) Field responsibilities

Plan and organize on-site technical reception of equipment delivered with after-sales service

Control warranty service and contribute to the resolution of customer claims

6) Sales network responsibilities

Communicate with other sales entities, cooperate and coordinate the follow-up of global customers

Support Commercial Directors to implement management decisions and policy



Qualifications

Bachelor degree in marketing or engineering field with more than 5 Years working experience on sales

In-depth knowledge on our industry including products, technologies, customers and competitions

Established close relationship with high level management as well as working levels of customers

Good interpersonal and communication skills and team work

Work independently and good commercial sense

Good English both oral and writing and PC skills
