岗位职责：
1、参与项目营销策划方案研讨，对推广策略、广告平面、客户活动等提出合理化建议；
2、负责文案写作与初审，包括专项报告、广告文案/软文、宣传资料等；
3、负责媒体对接、媒体关系的管理与维系，监管媒体报道（含公共媒体与项目网站、微博、微信等自媒体）；
4、负责市场调研，包括宏观经济、政策动态，土地市场和楼市供需数据、竞争性楼盘调研、及其他专题性调研，与第三方数据机构、顾问机构保持良好关系。


岗位要求：
1、25-32岁；
2、市场营销、中文、新闻等相关专业本科及以上学历；
3、房地产策划类工作3-5年，最好有甲方经验；
4、思路清晰、性格活跃、有创新能力、良好的沟通和协调能力；
5、有商业地产策划经验、五大行工作经历者可优先考虑。
