1、了解并熟悉团险业务，通过专业化销售，积极开发或者配合公司其他渠道开拓团体保险客户，建立稳定的业务平台；
2、通过客户管理系统建立详细客户拜访档案，包括客户信息的收集、拜访情况记录等，并定期进行检视；
3、为客户提供专业咨询并制定适合的保险保障计划，协助客户和公司及时办理各项投保、保全、理赔等手续，做好客户服务工作；
4、定期参加公司组织的各项培训，同时通过自身的学习，不断丰富业务知识，提高销售技能；
5、协助团体保险负责人，完成公司交办的其它工作。

1、年龄28岁—38岁之间；
2、有销售相关工作经历，保险业务销售经历最佳；
3、良好的外语水平，性格外向；
4、大专以上学历，责任心强，同时具有较强的沟通能力；
