Job Requirement:

a. Bachelor degree or above, if possible with major in Human Resources or relevant;

b. 5 years experience in HR with focus on recruitment/talent pool management in a multinational company (preferred in building material industry)

c. Good business English skills in Reading/Writing/Listening/Speaking;

d. Very good understanding of China labor laws, regulations and policies of the state

e. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication and coordination with people from different departments and hierarchy levels

f. Strong screening skills of resumes, ask the right questions in interviews to achieve an efficient assessment (competency based interviewing skills).

g. Analytical ability, proactive working style, multi-tasking skills, high team spirit, self-motivated, result driven, motivated to work under pressure;

h. Positive work attitude with Can-Do-Mentality

i. Ideal candidate is able to establish complete HR structure in the company, also training academy and C&B

j. Skillful in Office software as daily operation basis.

a. Management of the recruiting process including talent pool development

c. Handle on-boarding and exit process

d: Build up HR reporting and controlling

e: Employee communication

f Help to create a training academy program of Forbo for different target groups (internally and externally)

g. Handle the daily routine HR work issues with excellence
