BUSINESS OVERVIEW:
Business assistant is primarily responsible for business affairs such as contract management, orders follow-up, writing official letters etc. and also responsible for assisting sales persons and technicians to communicate with headquarters in Germany.

Key responsibilities:
1、Technical/price confirmation with headquarters before signing the contract.
2、Contract following-up such as contract checking, ordering, payment, delivery time and custom clearance etc. Guarantee the whole contract executed smoothly.
3、Translation and composition of files.
4、Provide necessary support for sales person and technicians on communicating with headquarters.
5、Other works assigned by manager.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skill & Abilities):
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in English or international trade.
2、At least 3 years working experience at foreign trade business or relevant areas.
3、Familiar with business process of foreign trade and order-tracking. SAP knowledge preferred.
4、CET-6 orTEM-4 ,TEM-8 preferred, Fluent in both oral and written English.
5、Teamwork oriented and mature.
6、Hardworking and willing to do detailed job with high responsible, good communication and coordination ability.

职位描述：
商务助理主要负责公司商务事宜，如合同管理，订单跟进，出具公函以及协助销售和技术人员与德国总部进行沟通。

岗位职责：
1、 负责合同签订前期与德国总部的技术、价格确认等事宜；
2、 合同签订后的跟进事宜：如合同审核、下单、交货进度跟踪、付款、报关等事宜。确保合同的顺利执行；
3、 文件的翻译、撰写；
4、 为销售人员及技术人员提供商务支持,与德国总部沟通；
5、 完成上级交给的其他相关工作。

任职资格：
1、 本科及以上学历，英语专业或国际贸易相关专业；
2、 3年以上外贸业务相关领域工作经验；
3、 熟悉外贸和订单跟踪流程，熟悉SAP 系统尤佳；
4、 大学英语六级或英语专业四级，八级尤佳，良好的英语书面及口头表达能力；
5、 良好的团队合作精神；
6、 工作认真，责任心强，较好的沟通协调能力。
