职位描述
Job Role To maximise sales of Elfab’s products and services within a specific geographical area and/or specific type of customer.
Job Location Guangzhou
Reporting To Sales Director - Elfab (based in UK)
Responsible For Coaching/mentoring Sales Executive(s) (Where appropriate)
Duties:
1. To maintain/develop relationships with customers through regular review visits.
2. To identify, contact and develop new business prospects.
3. Preparing and achieving budgets/forecasts.
4. Preparation of visit plans.
5. To gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
6. To maintain sales reports and to ensure sales databases are accurate up to date.
7. To gather market and customer information and feed back to the business.
8. To contact clients by telephone to negotiate terms and conclude sales.
9. To keep the business abreast of competitor activity.
10. To maintain detailed technical knowledge of Elfab’s products.
11. Preparation of a monthly report to show results achieved and objectives going forward.
12. To have responsibility for budgets and forecasts.
13. To assist in setting the sales strategy to meet and exceed budget.
14. Assisting in the training/recruitment of Sales Executives.
15. Developing and managing of third party technical partners
Skills/Qualifications
Communication:
1. Clear, articulate communication skills both oral and written. Ability to present to customers
formally and informally across a wide range of disciplines and at all levels.
2. Positive, effective interpersonal skills with strength to influence and motivate others.
3. Empathic style with ability to use questioning techniques to understand customers and
identify needs.
Commercial:
1. Ability to prepare commercially and financially sound sales propositions.
2. Ability to analyze customers’ needs and influence the buying decision.
3. Understanding of commercial imperatives of business: e.g. export terminology, payment
terms, costing models etc
Technical:
1. Must be technically strong, comfortable explaining features and benefits of Elfab’s products and discussing the technical aspects of prospects requirements.
2. Full understanding of quality standards relating to bursting disc industry.
Computer literacy:
Good knowledge of Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook
Qualifications:
1. Technical qualification preferred, Degree/BTEC in Engineering or technical subject.
2. Professional sales training
3. Fluency in most appropriate language of customers is essential. Fluency in English is also
essential as this is the language of the Company.
Health & Safety
1. Ensure compliance with company policy, procedures and good practice regarding H&S.
2. Due to the changing nature of our business your job description may change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
