Job Summary

1. Lead new line investment project from Kick-off to Ramp-up done
2. Take role as contact window from manufacturing area to coordinate manufacturing related task in customer project team
3. Lead internal improvement or special project defined by department
4. Responsible for customer forecast analysis and production capacity planning
5. Coordinate P-FMEA setup and update
6. Responsible for ECR Application/Initiation in manufacturing area

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for manufacuring related activities in customer projects’ life cycle (including new production introduction phase and mass production), such as:
? Be as contact window for customer projects with relevant departments;
? To ensure manufacturing process/equipment/documents readiness according to project requirement;
? Participate in the design/release of new products, at the early stage of the project, to insure manufacturability and optimal product design, and to lead the manufacturing efforts for the new production introduction process;
? Be responsible for cutomer sample preparation;
? Coordination of customer audit
? Engineering change coordination.
2. Customer forecast analysis,organize and execute manufacturing capacity expansion project according to customer forecast and business/investment plan: Manage or coordinate projects (as situation requires) for installation of new manufacturing lines, processes or machines within the scope of the launch of new products or for cost, quality, delivery, or H&S improvements.
3. Support Mfg manager to identify/plan/coordinate/control each phase of the projects with respect to costs, quality, and timelines, following procedures. This may include defining new lines/processes, developing functional specifications, purchasing equipment, conducting design reviews, run-offs, shipping support, installation and training, or any other aspect of support
4. Organize and execute the P-FMEA setup,regular review and update
5. Responsible for ECR Application/Initiation/Coordination in manufacturing area

Work related requirements
University Engineering bachelor Degree in Automotive related area
3+ years working experience 5+ is desirable
Strong manufacturing related project management skill.
