职位描述：
1、负责开发具有软件研发需求的新客户。
2、负责软件及IT服务外包（BPO/ITO）市场的开拓；通过各种渠道挖掘潜在目标客户，发展
客户资源，拓宽合作伙伴，建立并保持良好稳定的业务关系；
3、具有较强的沟通表达能力，对市场有敏锐的洞察力，有较为丰富的渠道资源关系，拓展
能力强，熟悉国内或国外软件销售市场；
4、通过各种渠道挖掘潜在目标客户，发展客户资源，拓宽合作伙伴；
