失效分析工程师

职位描述：

负责异常产品失效原因分析以及可靠性失效分析，分析模拟电路失效的根本原因。熟知模拟电路的应用知识，及相关IC制造工厂知识。

岗位职责：

利用电性和物理的FA分析手段如半导体特性测试仪，发光显微镜，光学显微镜，扫描电镜以及聚焦离子束的调试等及时准确地分析Bipolar/BiCMOS /CMOS/NEXFET 精确模拟芯片失效的根本原因；

建立有效的失效分析方法来评估制程和产品的性能，准确地推导失效机理；

为质量体系和技术开发提供支持；

辅助良率分析。

职位要求：
电子工程/微电子/物理学本科及以上学历，熟练掌握器件物理和模拟电路相关知识；

具备较强的学习能力及解决问题的能力；

熟练使用电脑及办公软件；

具备良好的沟通技能，英语流利；

积极主动，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳；

有良好的逻辑思维能力及团队合作能力。

Failure Analysis Engineer

Job Description:

As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you'll be responsible for failure analysis of wafer fab process/yield issue, along with qualification and reliability failures. In this role, you'll use your in-depth knowledge of analog technologies to determine root cause failure mechanisms of precision analog integrated circuits. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of analog circuit applications.

Job Content:
Provide timely and accurate "root cause" failure analysis identification on Bipolar/BiCMOS /CMOS precision analog ICs using electrical and physical FA techniques, including IV characterization, photoemission, liquid crystal analysis, electron and optical microscopy, SEM analysis, circuit repair and debug of FIB etc.
Establish FA methodology to assess process and product performance, to explain device failure mechanisms.

Support the quality assurance system and technical activities
Support the yield loss analysis.

Requirements:
Bachelors and above major in Science Electrical Engineering, micro-electronic or physics degree. Knowledge of device physics and analog circuit is preferred.
The ability to work from written and/or verbal instructions or defined plans to perform checkout, and trouble-shooting functions

Be proficient in computer operating and office software.
Good communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese；

Highly motivated, reliable, self-starting individual；
Can work as part of a team or independently.
