Responsibilities:
- Supervision and management on financial & accounting works of the Company; leading the finance
department of the Company;
- Reporting the financial management and performance of the Company to General Manager and HQ;
- Supporting the General Manager in operation activities and the financial management of the Company;
- Establishment of effective financial & accounting systems and procedures to ensure the accuracy of the
accounting in the Company;
- Establishment of effective costs monitoring and control systems in the Company;
- Preparation, execution and control of the financial forecasts and budgeting;
- Arrangement of the financing and other issues related to financial institutions;
- Taxation optimization, Liaison with government authorities to ensure legal compliance;
- Keeping the company informed about the relevant financial laws and regulations;
- Building up and coaching the financial management team;
- Other financial issues related;
- Fully people management in FIN.


Requirements:
- Major in financing and bachelor degree or above, Accounting background;
- More than 6 years of working experience and minimum 3 years working experience as financial
management role in a manufacturing company; working experience in an international company will be
preferable;
- Knowledge of local tax laws & policies, financial laws and foreign financial systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese. Excellent presentation, proposal
and report writing skills. Good interpersonal, negotiation skills, good leadership and integrity.
- Capable of working under pressure, be good at resolve complicated issues.
