Job Responsibilities:

1.Analyze financial information and support the development and implementation of meaningful KPIs and key financial, operational metrics across RFI,RFP, RF(X).

2. Gather and analyze financial information and make recommendations to support decisions.

3.Support on-going operational improvements by identifying, exploring, and implementing reporting, analysis and process solutions.

4. Strong attention to detail, focusing on financial integrity, collection, alignment, and consistency in "look and feel" of financial information.

5. Assist in preparing ad hoc reports and participating in special projects as required by the Senior Management Team.

6. Other assignments as required;

Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies):

1.Bachelors degree or above with major on mathematics, statistics, or economics;

2. 1-2 years financial field or analytics driven working experience preferred;

3. Understanding of business processes within Procurement (RFx analysis)

4.Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of the business environment and an ability to understand complex concepts

5. Advanced excel and analytical skills; knowledge of VBA, MS Access

6. Strong oral/written English communication skills required to interact with management

7.Practical problem solving skills

8.Ability to use judgment and assess reasonability of analysis

9.Self-starter with ability to work independently

10.Willing to work on flexible shift
